Refund policy
We have a 30-day policy from the date you receive your item. However, please note that returns and refunds are not allowed unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refund Eligibility (Defective Items Only)
Refunds are only granted if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged upon arrival
- You received the wrong product

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect or damage
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders made by the customer
- Items that are used, opened, or not in original condition
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are never eligible for return or refund:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If your item is defective, you may request a refund and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, the 14-day cooling-off period applies only to defective or incorrect items, in line with our policy.
Refund Processing
If your refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 10 business days
- The amount will be returned to your original payment method
